Class Policies
Payment for the class is due at time of registration. This can be done by web site or by phone. The supply list is provided when payment for the class has been made. We can e-mail, fax, or send regular mail your supply list as well.
Class fees are not refundable unless we cancel the class. If you are unable to attend a class, you may contact us to see if someone is on the wait list to buy your spot, or you may have a friend come in to fill your spot. This is showing consideration for the teachers who come in to teach the class.
Class cancelations by the shop, will be made one week prior to the class start date. If the shop cancels the class it will be refunded to the customer.
Out of consideration for the instructor and the students, young children and non paying guests are not allowed at class.

What Information Do We Collect and How Do We Use it?
Registration Data: In order to use certain areas of the web site, a user must first complete a registration form where the user inputs contact information. This information is used to contact the user about a purchase or transaction that they engaged in or to contact the user about services on our site which may be of particular interest to them.
Newsletter: If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information, such as name and e-mail address.
This web site takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the web site, your information is protected both online and off-line.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected.
Return Policy
Return Policy Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at Fireside Quilt Shop. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days. Return the product in the original packaging, along with a note explaining the reason for the return. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a credit card refund or exchange for the returned item(s), whichever the customer prefers. Shipping and handling costs will not be included in the refund.
